Editor

I’m a skilled story editor with experience in both article-length and book-length fiction and nonfiction projects. I can assist writers in all stages of project development. (Except copy-editing!)

I served as Senior Editor of Baltimore Style magazine from 2002-2013, editing personal essays, narrative features and book excerpts.

As a faculty member in Goucher College’s MFA in Creative Nonfiction, I worked one-on-one to develop book-length projects with graduate students. I also served as a freelance book editor on The End of the Certain World: The Life and Science of Max Born by Nancy Greenspan and The Lost World of James Smithson: Science, Revolution, and the Birth of the Smithsonian by Heather Ewing.

Please email me if you’re interested in editing services.
